Sliema Rental

I was brought in to give this 80s apartment a full facelift: a new spatial layout, a complete overhaul of the lighting and electrical outlets and a new well-studied AC system.

Retaining the existing terrazzo flooring, a bold statement was made using a dark high skirting, dark doors, and a soft grey colour on all walls. Some furniture was chosen from the clients’ collection of antique pieces; these helped balance out the newer furniture, offering an overall contemporary classic look.

Fun patterned flooring and reflective gloss cupboards were used to give a lighter, brighter feel to the long and narrow kitchen space.
